Conseco ripoff unauthorized bank draft Texas Nationwide

I am so glad those people got what they deserved.....
I have a horse trailer financed through conseco. Last year I was out of work and could not make my payments. I had called to see what they could due about extending the loan for 2 mths. At first they said they would send me a info packet to fill out. Well a week goes by, and no packet. My mom who is the cosigner on the loan starts getting calles about late payment. So when I call back, they have no record of me calling for the extention and the person I talked to was no longer there...
This goes one for about 2 more weeks..

My mom just quits fighting with them and sends them a check and gives them her bank info. This is in Oct. After she does that we are told that I could have the extention with the next payment due in January. Well guess what, in December they take a payment plus the last 2 mths worth of insurance out of her account....

This is after she tells them not to since we had the extention. And they bill me for Dec. They also billed me for Jan. showing no record of the 2 payments that were made in Dec.

They can rot in HE!!......
