CONSIGNED INTERIORS HOME DECOR CONSIGNMENT CENTER Internet

Consigned Interiors is a high-end consignment center wherein home decor products such as furniture and accessories are sold on a consignment basis.  The owner of the merchandise being placed on consignment is informed that checks are issued on the 5th day of the month following the end of the sale month.

My merchandise was sold during the month of May 2010 and as of 7 July 2010, I have not been paid for my sold merchandise.  Numerous calls have been made to the owner

whereupon I was informed that:  1.  The check is in the mail   2.  The check must have been lost in the mail  3.  A new check is being issued  4.  Can't imagine why the replacement check has not been received, etc, etc, etc...

It now appears that since I am no longer in the Palm Coast area, and out of sight out of mind, that I am probably NOT GOING TO GET PAID FOR THE SALE OF MY MERCHANDISE.

BEWARE, I have heard rumors that this happens when you move from the area and are not there on a daily basis to check status of your consigned merchandise.
