On March 17, 2003, I consigned nine 5 piece place settings of Lenox "Urban Lights" china which retailed for $85 a place setting. Each setting included a dinner plate, salad plate, bread plate, and cup and saucer.
I was issued a receipt at this time. The receipt # is D248. The receipt states:
Lenox Dishes 9 Place Settings - 5 pieces per setting, 60/40% - $35.00 each set.
I have contacted the owner on several occasions and each time was told that they were on layaway for a customer who was paying off the total price. The owner promised to contact me when he located the exact pay-off date but I never heard from him. Now the phone number is disconnected and we have since relocated to Brentwood, Tennessee. Please help!
