 I ordered service from this company thinking it was all I needed as it did not say that other service needed to be purchased that is until after you paid and received the welcome email. I went ahead and purchased the other service but the number never worked. When I contacted them all they said was that I did something wrong. Cancelled my service without me telling them to cancel my service and did not issue a refund. How many people are getting ripped of by this unscrupulous company (or individual) which is my guess. Pay a $100 for dispute? To whom does this money go? Shame on you conslines for taking advantage of people just trying to communicate with loved ones at an affordable rate.
