 I was looking for a service to set up for my son from jail and I ran across what I thought cons line was as the carrier for Madison County Jail the site said that for the total amount of 18 something that I would have 300 minutes with my son so I paid it set it up and received an email saying it would be 3 hours it was almost ready then they sent me a three-step thing to do to set this up which I had no clue I would have to do first they said to send a new phone number they gave me to my inmate Sun then they told me not to notify the county that I was using their services they told me just to call the county and ask them who their service provider was then they notified me that otherwise they would disconnect me when I got to this point I had decided there's something wrong I was not going to change my number for my son to call me and I was not going to go against the county jail policies so I cancelled the credit card believing that this is a fraud after I cancelled they notified me that they were going to get me for fraud and that they were going to put me to bed Business Bureau however I called the county Madison County they are not aware of this company informed me they are possible fraud and to disconnect I never opened their service because I never really had a service to open they did not do as they said they would do it was supposed to be a straight line for 300 free minutes and it was not it became a big run around and a bunch of fraudulent explanations as to how to set up my account I felt as though it was some way of teaching me or showing me how to evade the system through what they already had started on their end now they continuously insist on the money and continuously harassed me which I will be blocking them but I started looking up about them and I found this lying on frauds with them not surprising.
