Consolidated Media Services/CMS/Cross Media seeking help for a class action lawsuit, was ripped off, scammed, they stole my credit card # Atlanta Georgia

I was scammed by this company. They called and said I won a sweepstakes then proceeded to tell ME my credit card number. ** I did not give it to them, they already had it!!** I confirmed it was mine, but went on to say that I did not want their services. They talked over me and ignored me and then hung up.

Later I found out that I was being billed 58 some odd dollars a month for services I declined. When I called to cancel, they said I could not cancel. They had already taken money out of my account.

I was finally able to talk to someone who said he would cancel it. Then I received another phone call from them saying that my subscription (as if I even agreed to HAVE one) had been changed to one year and I would never have to pay anything else. Then they proceeded to try and offer me another deal. I told her I wanted my money back and she gave me a number to call, which I HAD ALREADY CALLED AND TALKED WITH!!

I am VERY interested in filing a class action lawsuit against these people for their theft of my credit card and personal information.

THEY STOLE MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER AND MADE PURCHASES ON MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. THEY ARE THIEVES AND SHOULD BE PROSECUTED ACCORDINGLY FOR THEIR THEFT.
