Constant Beta Motion Picture Company Arka Sengupta Owes me over $20,000 for work done over 9 months ago, broke contract Brooklyn New York

I was hired by Constant Beta Motion Picture Company as a freelancer to produce a television series for a television network. I had a contract that I was supposed to be paid bi-weekly, which Arka did not follow. It's been 8-9 months since I did the work, and he has not paid me yet. He owes me over $20,000 for work that I did and submitted to him.

I have been lied to consistantly about how, when, and why I will get paid, and am told conflicting stories from his side of things.  I also found an online blog about how he didn't pay back investors and crew from his previous production, a documentary (link here: https://blackmeninamerica.com/pro-sports-show-their-true-colors-in-2017/) and was told that he didn't pay the crew from China until legal action was taken, and it was over 5 months.
