construction deal The "leads" are worthless Sherman Oaks, California

I was constantly getting emails from this company and after using 3 other lead generating companies we decided to give them a shot. I had EXPLAINED to them my concerns about 'dead' leads and I was assured that it would be taken care of on a case by case basis. After 12 leads and only 2 that panned out as anything usable AND their ridiculous attempt to keep charging me regardless of the approved dispute credits that were never issued and also being double billed because of their inability to tie names of leads together in their system (I would have two leads on two separate days from the same person but each in a different lead category but for the same job...hence "double billed")
The other  report on here about this company is correct. They will TAKE your money but if they OWE you money all you will get is a credit...a very shifty way of keeping people on their books. They do NOT EVER refund money. This was told to me by 'Sam' at the company.
Out of the 4 Lead generating companies that we have used I can tell you that this one was the worst and the shiftiest.
I tried to work with them to no avail. The funny about this? When I canceled the account the person wrote the cause as "Lead quality issues" so they were obviously made clearly aware.
