Construction Pipeline charged $100.00 for contractors names pulled from phone book. They do not need a signature to charge you. Vancouver, Washington

I thought it was a legitimate company like (((competitor's names redacted))). All of these companies give you a grace period to cancel. Talked to someone on 5-26-09 and agreed to try them out. They did not fax anything until 5-28-09 for billing which I assumed would need to be signed for billng purposes. Received email with a list of names and phone numbers most nowhere near area I work in. Cancelled on 06-02-09 they said I still had to pay the $100.00. I tried calling all the people listed that were within a 200 mile radius and none were looking for sub-contractors. It looks like they went through yellow pages and put names on a piece of paper to charge $100.00. I have used the other companies listed above and they are legitimate and have real jobs. Notified better business bureau and tried disputing with my credit card company but they do work hard at keeping that 100.00 they ripped me off for even if they don't provide legitimate leads.
