i was checking my account balance one morning like i always do and noticed a 49.95 withdrawl from my account so i viewed my the check and it was from a consumer bill.com so then i contacted my bank and they suggested that it would be easier to dispute with them and if they agreed that it was not authorized it would automatically be removed so i contacted them by phone and like i suspected they were unavaiable to speak to me after being on hold for 10 minutes. so i have filed a police report,closed my account and started a new one,my bank is filing a claim against them as well.
