Consumer Cash Rewards, LLC No Refund as Promised AND No Communication of Any Kind Kings Mills Ohio

Over three years ago we had storm gutters installed by Englert Leaf Guard. The salesman gave us, as part of the package, a Consumer Cash Reward Certificate. We were told that we would receive a rebate of $2443.00 if we followed all of the VERY specific instructions given with the certificate.

Part of the requirements were to wait 39 months to send in our claim within a VERY short window. We did EVERYTHING required within the specific time frames. However, we have only received the slip from the U.S. Post Office confirming that they signed for and received the documents.

I did a web search that got me the national headquarters for Consumer Cash Rewards. Although it listed a phone number they said to not call it. That is probably because when you call it all you get is a system busy sound. I e-mailed them, but have recieved no response.

I see that there is another complaint on this site against Consumer Cash Rewards, LLC. I have never recieved the reply they say they got. I can only believe that this entire set up is a scam!

The company that installed my gutters is of no help since I just found out that they were a franchisee for Englert Leaf Guard. Englert tells me that the franchisee went out of business. The national company offers no help at all.

I would not recommend Englert Leaf Guard to ANYONE! I would also caution anyone against being sucked in by Consumer Cash Rewards scam.
