Consumer Credit Services Inc aka CCS Membercard Services Division is a fraudulent ripoff business. Las Vegas, Nevada

CCS is a company that makes thier money by charging your credit card with out your permission. I responded and after receiving their Credit card, tried to activate. Was not aware of what was required, until after talking to them. I rejected the card after learning that you could only purchase items from thier catalog. HOWEVER PLEASE CHECK YOUR CREDIT REPORTS====THEY HAVE ME ON MY CREDIT REPORT AS OWING THEM THE BASE $500.00 I WAS SUPPOSED TO SEND, FOR THE LARGE CREDIT LINE AND ALSO THE $49-69.00 FOR THE PROCESSING FEES. I am looking into sueing for slander and fraud reporting with Criminal INTENT for Civl Liabilities Statutes of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (616, 617). How did they do this you ask? They send you a letter much like Visa and Mastercard send, or on the internet, stating that you are qualified for X amount. You send them a check for them to process the card. Not only do they cash your check, they later bill you checking account. This company should stopped. When it is through the internet they did indicate that this was a Visa, at one point. And they will send you further information, if you simply give them some basic data. Inexperienced people get caught with this act quite requently. BE CAREFULL AND GET A COPY OF YOUR CREDIT REPORT FOR REVIEW, THERE COULD ALWAYS BE OTHERS LIKE THIS ONE. Ed El Cajon, California
