Consumer Data Leads Egregious violation of Fair Credit Reporting Act by selling illegal lists of mortgage late payments Corona California

Consumer Data Leads (www.consumerdataleads.com) has a wholesale operation selling a list of people that are being reported as 30, 60, or 90 days late on their mortgage. 

This is sensitive information governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act and it is clearly illegal to sell a list of mortgage delinquencies, yet Consumer Data Leads continues to do so without any fear of consequence.

Consumer Data Leads based out of Corona is flagrantly ignoring the law. 

I placed calls to the FTC and local media outlets and hopefully, this group will be held accountable.
