Was contacted by this company on a Friday, Sept 7,2012. The employee who called was named Stephanie-no last name.  Gave a synopsis of our loan modification failure with another law firm and how we still wanted to pursue a modification etc.  Monday Sept. 10, 2012 had another phone call from Mike Ross who described their superb successes with mortgage companies and modifications.  He confirmed how our former attorney ripped us off etc.  Went through the process of the "contract" online and the cost.  Was told they would start on our case with in 48 hours.  Got the welcome packet and the next day was in touch with Robin.

Started sending documents via email.  Robin Diehl, myself, and our lender had a 3 way call on Thurs. Sept 13, 2012.  On this call she identified herself as an attorney.  The lender asked in which state did she practice?  She confidently said Wisconsin.  At the commencement of the call we were informed the was on a recorded line! Friday I came home from work to her message that stated she was sorry to cancel our call but would call me on Monday Sept. 17,2012.
Monday got a call to say she was out sick.  Tuesday the 18th, another call to say she was still out.
Weds. had a call from the documents department saying we were missing a few.  No call from Robin.
Thursday, no call but did hear from the document department again.
Friday the 21, I called to ask a few legal questions such as Would a mortgage audit help?  Could the principle be reduced?  I asked to speak with Robin and was told she was no longer with the company.  I was also informed she was not an attorney but a mortgage specialist.  She did include that in her 1st. email to me however, she told me and my lender she was an attorney from Wisconsin.  I searched the Wis. Bar Association and when I did not find her listed I was concerned.

Our 1st payment came out on the 21, which was to late to cancel it.  I did call their servicer Meracord and cancelled future payments and will be filing a fraud report with my bank on Monday am.

Today, I did a google earth search on their Madison address and surprise! they are not listed with the other businesses in that building.  More research and reading other complaints revealed they are actually in Delray Beach Fl.  address 500 Gulfstream Blvd.  So, what on earth are they trying to pull?????  Nothing but a scam...please do not let them keep preying on distressed homeowners!
