Consumer First rip-off Tampa Florida

I recived a letter in the mail from Consumer First sayig i can apply for a 5,000 credit limit.I was like cool, 45$ for regular process and 49$ for fast. I sent 49$ off and about two weeeks i got the card.I was mislead so bad i got the card thinking it was a credit card like it had said and i was a card for a company to buy things with (very crappy things).

If i wanted to do something about this, how would i go about doing it because i was misslead about the card thinking it was a credit card like Visa when it wasn't i cant go and buy foood or pay my bills like i wanted to with this crappy card.

I think that the BBB could do something about this and help alot of people get there money back, but i dont think they will make a move.
