consumer fraud reporting org attempted to collect their fee via exress money...will not take a credit card or check Washington, DC phone number Internet

Received a call from Evelyn at (((Redacted))) saying that since I had been defrauded by Continental Vacation Marketing three years ago who fradulently took my money,  saying they were a bogus company and that I was entitled to a refund of $1,886.

Continental Marketing said they could sell my timeshare...but was a fradulent company. I contacted the Florida Dept. of Agriculture who said they were fradulent but there were no funds to collect since they had more claims than funds for their bond.

She called me back and said that they had FDIC Insurance to collect the $1,886 and would I give them 35% as a collection fee which I agreed to. The credit of $1,886 was in my account the next day. I talked to Evelyn and she said that I would have to send Express Bill pay money in the amount of $698. That I could not send a check or use my Credit Card.

Of course Bank of America believes that once I send the money it will be uncollectible to me and that the $1,886 credit will be invalid .I have not been defrauded but this is the mark of a scam.
