This company states that in July of 2003 I requested a free credit reeport, which I never recieved, and after 30 dys thy charged $79.95 to my bank account. I clled ad they agreed to cancel the membership but still took the $79.95 out of my account, which overdrafted my account an the bank has now charged me an overdraft fee of $30.00.
So in all this SCAM has now cost me $109.95. The only resolution told to me by an employee of the company, Nico co. id # 60537, was to fax the consumer relations department wh for some reaso have no direct phone line to speak wth anyone there.
