Consumer Profoilio Services , CPS Harrassing and violated my privacy basically Bully over the phone want to start class action now!!! Irving California

I had called to get my acct #, I was on the line to send a money gram to this company because I was late and they started out asking me questions for verification. I was fine with that. Then she had asked me why I was late I had told her I was in the hosp. I am in a public place and need my acct# Please. She replied I am not giving you your acct # until you answer my question why were you in the hospital. I thought this was inappropriate and started getting upset. After answer about 10 question on myself and my car I had enough and was frustrated and demanded my acct # she still insisted on me answer where my car was parked, any scratches, how many keys I had to the car, what color was the car, etc!!! I was furious at this point and hung up and called again still not getting my acct #. Before this incident the same person last name Luna I had called and lost service to tell her my payment is on the way and she called me before I could call her back and left a message(cause I had NO Service) saying she was going to call my job and state she is the legal dep. of CPS(child protective services) and need to speak with me immediately. This was so wrong for her to threaten me on a message then actually call my job which is military contracted and gave me a reputation at work w/ my co- workers thinking Different. I do want to start a class suit if any body can join me please contact me. This has to stop.
