I purchased a Guitar HeroIII bundle from the Consumer Solutions that I won in an EBay auction. It was described as used but working perfectly. It was shipped in a taped together box and the green key on the guitar did not work. I checked it out on my neighbors system and it didn't work on his system either. I immediately e-mailed them (Same day I received it) asking how to return it. I received an email back saying I would hear from them in 1 business day. The email said not to reply to their email because it was unmonitored.

After not hearing from them for another three days I sent another email . Their return policy on E-Bay stated that I would need an RMA number to return it so I didn't just want to send it back. Long story short I obtained their phone number from the internet and finally got ahold of someone. They said they would email me an RMA number. The RMA number is the ebay item number if you need to return something and can't get ahold of them.

I finally got an email saying I should try to get it fixed through the Guitar Hero company via the warranty. Since it was used and I have no idea how old it was I decided to just send it back paying over $8.00 to ship it. I sent them an email with the tracking number and said I expected the total amount PLUS shipping charges to be refunded. I received a form letter/e-mail saying "No problem and they were sorry for any inconvenience." 8 days later I received a refund for only the amount paid for the guitar. I guess I'm out the $8.00 shipping.

I will definately not use this or any of their AKA stores again.
