I had purchased two tickets for Bombay, India from CWT. Tickets was purchased in Sept 2003. At the time of booking, I was given confirmation number. When I talked to airline, every thing was OK. Accordingly, I paid $2750 for the tickets. I was told that we would receive the tickets with in 3 to 4 weeks. After 4 weeks, when we did not receive tickets, I called airline. I was told that the ticket was cancelled and rebooked, later. Because of this, I had confirmation for only one leg of the flight.

I called CWT to understand why did they cancel it. I did not get any response from them, that made any sense to me. The owner Ms. Mina agreed to get us ticket for earlier date with different air line. Because of flexibility of date, we agreed to it and she booked us in Air France for an earlier date. At that time she told us that we will get ticket by November end.
I called her in the week of thanksgiving, I was told that because of short week, tickets will be mailed on 5th of December and I should call her to get tracking number. When I called on 5th, she had not done anything for ticket and now she wants us to call her on next week. With only 19 days left for my flight date, I do not know whether I will get the ticket or not.
During all these, the behavior of the owner was rude. Our calls were never returned, every time we had to make the call.
I wonder how they are in business doing such unfair practices and cheating the innocent consumers.
