Received a charge for a service I did not order. While trying to have this charge removed they demanded extensive personal info saying they needed it in order to 'verify' my identity. When I refused they wouldn't remove the charge. Called my credit card company and filed a dispute over this charge. They have removed it until such a time as cvc can prove I made the order.
