Consumerportfolio Services usedprofanity and racial slures against me Irvine California, hinsdale Illinois

i have a an auto loan through this horrible company.(consumer portfolio services) i am 1 car payment behind but now i am not behind. anyways while i was talking to the woman from cps today i keep telling her i would make a payment today or tommrow and she keep telling me that my car is gonna be repo and i told her well were is my certified letter and she said that they have been trying to get my car and i told her no you havent because no one has came here and she said no i"m calling the cops and then she said you can talk to the repo man and i said didnt u here anything i just said that i am making my paymnet today and she(mrs.hill) that is what her name is, welll anyways she said just make your payment b***h! and hung upthe phone then i made my payment and tried to call this company about 10 times to give them my confirmation # of my payment they kept hanging the phone up on me than i said i wanna talk to a supervisor and they said no because you are a ni--er and hung the phone up on me again i keep trying to call back to give my transaction # but they keep hanging the phone up on me. so i e-mailed the company but i doubt if that will do any good. i wish i could get away from this company they are the worst auto loan and unprofessional comapny i have ever had a loan through. consumers beware do not go through this company no matter how bad your cedit is go through somone else. because they treat you like dirt and swear at you and threathen you and there company alows them to do this and nothing is done. please dont go through this company someone needs to shut them down!
