they almost had me ,they sent me the check for 2,405.00. when i called this charles smith he told me to put the check in the bank, and to call back once the check clears.
so i asked why i couldn,t cash the check he was very to the point about not cashing the check.so seeing how it,s the holidays and wanting to have a nice one i opened a bank account using that check .
now the check is sitting in the bank with a counterfeit stamp on it.now i,m scared that i,m going to get arrested!!! is there any way that we can track down these people ??? and have them arrested??

Call the police...

You should call the police and tell them everything you know. Get a copy of that police report. You may need to get in touch with the Secret Service Financial Crimes Division. I know that sounds scary but they are the experts when it comes to this sort of thing.
Did the bank indicate that they would be pressing charges?
