Consumers K & B was the worst choice we have ever made. They have a very nice showroom, but that is where it ends.

Upon agreeing to do business with them we started working with AJ. Nice enough guy. Nows how to use the software to display what your kitchen would look like. Zero to No Experience designing kitchens. Made many design errors that only an amature would make. Then encouraged us to let there store rep. measure our kitchen. Note: this was before any demolition was done. Said he would come back when we were done with demo. Never came back. Waited 6 weeks for Cabinets to arrive. And cabinets were wrong. They even said that it was my fault that THEY measured wrong. Any corrections would be made at my cost. And would take another 6 weeks to correct. They placed a cabinet so close to the door it could not be opened once trim mouldings were installed. Customer service was terrible. The store rep AJ we were dealing with was usless from here on. My contractor even said that he had worked with them before with the same problems. We started this kitchen in November and was not completed until January. 3 Months without a Kitchen. They hire sales reps with no experience. Measure wrong deminsions. Then charge high amounts to correct. All the wile claiming that all there designs are conceptual.

Conceptual........ What are they there for ???  Terrible customer service. Very sorry I chose this company.
