I have existing relation with this seller with 4 servers. Today I paid for 4 more servers with additional IP addresses. They emailed me today at 1:00PM IST saying they can't provide me service any more suddenly after taking my money for 4 servers because they got some complaints about my previous purchases. now they are not refunding me the money they took from me for these new 4 server orders. They are saying you can utilize it later. After I mentioned I don't want to use their services any more they stopped giving me the service I paid previously as well the purchase I have done today which I didn't even get. They never sent me any alert or caution or warning before.
