I too like many other reports was suckered into this Sales pitch by winning from a bridal show. After the show I told my finacee that we could not afford these pots and pans. James was our sales man. James kept telling us that they would work with us. I kept telling him sorry we really can't afford it.

James thru in more trips and more free stuff and told us it was only a deal for that night only. It was 11 pm at night when we finally got out of there. I asked James if we signed this could I get an attorney to look over the paperwork and if for any reason we wanted to cancel we could. He said yes that by law we had 3 days to cancel. Plus they would even place the order until tommorrow because it was too late.

The next morning startsing at 8 am I called every 15- 30 minutes until I finally got a hold of Michelle at 1:45pm. I asked her the office hours and she said technically it is from 8 to whenever but she didn't get in until 1:30 pm that day. I told her we wanted to cancel and that I would be following up by a certified letter. She told me that the order was already placed and we couldn't cancel. I requested to speak to the manager or owner of the company. Which was Kirk Hoffman. He told us we could not cancel that it was too late.

I called my pre paid legal attorneys which did help and told me to file a report with the attorney's general's office that is the only was I could stop them for good. I did file a claim with them. That was 9 months ago. Finally 2 weeks ago I did hear from the attorney's general's office that they indeed are working on this.

The story that was told by others is my total story except they placed this on my credit report which makes it to where I can't buy a house. Susi called my to try and collect my money and I told her I had filed a claim with the attorney general and to not contact me again and she had better take off the credit report. Nothing has happened on that end but I am so glad I took the advise of pre-paid legal and filed a claim. Please anyone that has been riped off by this company file a claim. With all of us together we will prevail.
