Gary Thomas Vojtesak is back with a new scam and it looks like some pretty big names are getting conned into it. This guy is one of the biggest carrer criminal walking the streets today. He has swinddled millions from investors over the years and has robbed thousands with his internet marketing and phone scams. He now goes by the alias Jay Thomas and Gary Thomas due to the many legal issues that are tied to his real name Gary Thomas Vojtesak. Look up his REAL name up online and initiate a background check and you will find a laundry list of fraud, scams and judgements dating back to the early 90s. He has millions of dollars in current judgements, fed and state tax leins and his car was just repossessed a few months ago. 

I have been personally searching for the scumbag for years hoping to get my money back and just found out he is living with his dad in Scottsdale (with no money to his name) and started a new scam with new investors and god forbid if he was able to con new innocent victim into to putting their credit and personal info down for merchant accounts, lines of credit etc.. Classic Gary - He puts everyone at the forefront of the business so he can walk away clean with all the money as his innocent partners get hit with the aftermath of legal issues, lawsutes and tax liens when the business gets shut down.

His new veture (Contest Elephant) claims to be the leader in online contest. Pretty amazing seeing as how the LLC was just filled in April of 2018 (Search- Contest Elephant LLC) as well as the domaine name (search - who is contestelephant.com) and it appears they only have 1 client that I have found so far. I hate to see another group of inncent people get burned by this guy so make sure to do your own due diligence before getting involved with him. A con man will always be a con man and this guy has done nothing but scam people for the past 25 to 30 years. Don't assume he's turned over a new leaf. He destroys lives and this time he is going to take down some big brand names. Mark my words
