When we purchased our new home it started at the closing table, we were told we had a 30 yr fixed well nope we ended up with arm and was told that we take it or leave it. 1st mistake being naive and excited about our first home we took it that seems to be the start.

Then our loan was sold to another lender which is come to find out one and the same B of A and Conti, Equicredit and Fairbanks who recently sold to GMAC. The nightmare gets worse at every turn, we are not a perfect family and we have had some lates because of payments not being applied because little did we know that they were taking Escrow payments which we don't
have.

We pay for our insurance and have been since we have been living here. They requested proof of Ins And we faxed it to them immediately, but to know avail we are now in the process of losing what we have saved for. My Husband and I are beside ourselves Thinking that this error was Corrected. My husband and myself had to get ready because as it stands now after fighting all this time, Simply they were appling fees that we didnt have in our loan pkgs. When we go to pull Title it is in a neighbors name which to me is a major screw up. We now are in a state of fear because on top of all this my husband and myself had major surgery last April I have some nerve damage and it has kept me from working my husband went back to work for a month or so and then was told via the phone he was no longer needed.

Our int rate is out of this world @ 10.% plus and trying to keep it going we have gone through our childrens college money our 401 K and savings just to hold on to our home. And to say the least I am holding breath waiting for them to repop our home. All I wanted was a nice place to raise our sons and be a family.
