Continental Finance Company Is A Complete Rip-Off Newark Delaware

I first came across continental finance company while browsing for a credit cards. For people with bad or no credit, i ordered the card around november(07) sometime. When i call to active the card they told me that 250.00 in fees would be applied to the card. And they asked me if i wanted to make a good faith payment of 50.00, but the card is only a $300.00 dollar limit. so i decline to make the payment, anyway i had $50 bucks left on the card.

i used the card once at an gas station, for $15.00 when i got my statement they wanted almost $300 bucks for a card. that i used once .i tried to call and make a settlement but the only thing i got is rude and unprofessional people that hung up on me. so after i didn't pay the bill they stalked me every hour on the hour, i didn't want to talk to them after such bad experience. i had to get my number changed and they sent me an email saying they were willing to settle for 100.00 so i payed the hundred buck. and now i got a statement saying i owe them 523.99 with a min payment of 329.00 and i'm looking at the fees they charged me 35.00 for overdraft fees and late fees etc. They also sent me a letter saying they were putting me in collection. So if they sent my bill to collection how can they keep charging me?

And when i did some research about this company i came across this site and found similar story just like mine. i know this can't be legal and i need help!!!
