Continental Finance Company Llc ripoff, i didnt even activate this junk a** card Tampa Florida

i recived this card in the mail. i had no idea why i got it , all i know is about a week after i got the card and threw it in the trash i got a bill for the card saying i owed 247.00 with a minnimum payment of 50.00 due now.

i am very pissed about this and i need to know what the hell can i do about it ? how can they send me a bill for a card i never even used or activated ???

i called the coustomer service number and after 30 long minutes on hold i never got a n anwser and i hung up...

please help !
