this company is owned by a liar and a thief. he claims its an attny owned company and there is no attny on the site, you will never meet the attorney or speak to the attny. if you call the so called named attny he claims he is not an owner, has no affiliation with this company and does no work for this place. the owner takes fees upfront, and he charges whatever he feels, usually one months mortgage payment. they claim to do a forsenic audit but the attny says he doesnt do them for this place either. the money collected up front is not placed in an escrow account either. the files lay around for months with no one working on them or the owners niece who doesnt know the business. he will tell you that your loan is at the bank but when you call the bank they say they have nothing. you are told by the salespeople to not pay your mortgage. as your file sits there you fall further and further into foreclosure with fees racking up. he says he will do your profit and loss, hardship letter, whatever you need help with. he had a processor there for a while that did do the work and sent loans out but he said he fired her now. she was the only one who answered calls and did the work. he is a liar and this is a company that is looking to make a quick buck and do no work. another rip off scam mod company but worse that they claim there is an attorney and the attorney claims he isnt any part of it.. i say stay away from this place,, it all smells fishy to me .. at least my loan was approved finally after i was not in foreclosure when i got there but ended up in it with over 3000 in legal fees that wont be waived. stay far away from Giovanni Cortes and Continental home resue ..
