I sent my two rebates from my Cingular service to this rebate center in February 2006. The rebate forms said I would recieve my money ($370) in 8 to 10 weeks. After 10 weeks I contacted this rebate center and they sent me an email stating "Thank you for your recent inquiry regarding the status of your rebate. Your 10 weeks does not start until the rebate has finished verifying. Since your rebate has not finished verifying, please allow more time."
It's already been MORE then 10 weeks and now they tell me it's going to be another 10 weeks AFTER they verify the rebate!!
This is an obvious rip off to hold my money for as long as possible, way beyond the STATED time on the rebate form. They probably avoid any payments at all.
I'm sure they are ripping off everyone sending in their rebate to this center.

I will guarantee you 100% the email you received did not say

"Your 10 weeks does not start until the rebate has finished verifying. Since your rebate has not finished verifying, please allow more time"

As the processing time starts the date we receive/enter your rebate into our system.

If the email did state what you said please provide the persons name and ID#.

or better yet, your email address so I can look it up to see what correspondance you have had with us.
