Continental Sewing Center Worst customer Service Ever, Won't stand behind warranty Lexington, Kentucky

My sister bought an eight thousand dollar machine from Continental Sewing Center, she did not check out the company on the internet before buying.  She purchased her machine while there was a promotion where she was supposed to get free software and a free scanner.  The owner of Continental Sewing told her that the scanner was just a sales gimmick from Brother.  He also told her that the software and the scanner would be sent to you from Brother, the manufacture of the monogram machine.  The software did come from Brother but when the scanner did not come she contacted Brother and copied the owner Ronald on this email thinking she was doing the right thing.  When the owner of Continental Sewing got the email he called my sister and I was there, she put him on speaker phone when he started talking to her terribly, he threatened her because she had contacted Brother about the scanner.  Now Continental Sewing, the owner refuses to service her expensive machine.  The machine is under warranty and it Continental Sewing's responsibility to service the machine he sold her.  The owner Ronald basically told my sister to go to H _ _ _, that he didn't have to service her machine, which by the way has been torn up for weeks.  Brother also told my sister that the owner of Continental Sewing was supposed to give the scanner to her upon purchase.
This is not the only person Ronald has cheated, since purchase wee have researched this company on the internet, and there are horrible comments about this company.  I witnesses Ronald's abuse of my sister, I heard the way he spoke to her on the telephone. 
If there is anyone who has been cheated by Continental Sewing Center as my sister has, please post your comments on here and join our law suit of this company.  Stand up for your rights, make a stand and show this owner Ronald that he can't treat the public this way.  If you join our law suit you will not have to pay any attorney fees, we will cover these fees.  I know by reading the bad comments on the internet that Continental Sewing has cheated other people.  If you will just post a comment here about your experience and I will you a telephone contact number or email address so you can explain your experience with Continental Sewing.  The owner Ronald needs to see that the public will not tolerate his behavior and lies any longer.
