March 28th, 2006 sidned contract with Continental Siding Supply on May 9th, 2006 the project was complete, to our diss-satisfaction due to the fact the insulation was gapped and completly left out in places,the siding was wavy and bulging. After many phone calls into Continental Siding Supply and speaking with Mike Walters and Jim the crew supervisor.

We decided to contact the owner Jerry O'Neil. He said he would make it right, he met us at our house on June 13th, 2006. We also phone Wichita's central inspection division to verify that a permit had been pulled, in fact no permit had been pulled to work on our house. Cetral inspection entered a request to have them fined. Central inspection met us and Jerry O'Neil at our house.

Continental Siding Supply removed the original siding and began to put up the insulation properly; when they completed the project for the second time the siding was once again waving and bulging worse then before. Jerry O'Neil stated to us as well as the central inspecotr that's as good as it gets. I cannot do anything more and stated you own me $14,811.00; which we paid. To date we have not received our warranty as promised by Jerry O'Neil.

From March 28, 2006 to June 13, 2006 we have had to deal with Continental Siding Supply on a daily basis. This was extremly stressful. The fact their materials, supplies and trash laid in our yard for approximately 3 months; which has killed the grass and to date has not grown back.

June 25the, 2006 an independent siding and supply owner was in the neighborhood giving estimates on roofs due the a recent hail storm and noticed our siding right off. He stated that waviness and buldging in the siding should not be present.

We have many, many pictures and well documented notes regarding this matter. WE ARE THE JOKE OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD! The majority of our neighbors are retired and they watched the entire thing unfold every day.

We have tried contacting since and they will not return our phone calls; we feel we have no where to turn except to the legal system. It's our last hope.
