Continental Warranty is out of business Malibu

I am, or was, a customer of Continental Warranty of Malibu CA. The reason I said I was is that have gone out of business. I have tried for the last week to contact them about a commitment they made to me when I purchased the warranty. All of the telephone numbers listed on the back of my warranty card were always busy and their web site has been experiencing technical difficulties for more than the last week.
From prior correspondence with Continental Warranty I knew that they had a national agreement with AAMCO for transmission repair. So I got creative and called the local AAMCO repair facility and asked if they had a different telephone number. They gave me a telephone number to call (866)773-6442. I found out that this telephone number is for Premier Dealer Services (((Redacted))). Premier advised me that they had taken over the administration of the warranties for Continental Warranty and that my warranty was still valid. The payments are now going to a company called Warranty Finance (800)839-7940 (((Redacted))).
Even though I was reassured that my warranty was still good, the fact that I had to discover this happened all on my own is very concerning. They should have sent me a letter or e-mail. I am not sure if I will keep the warranty or cancel it. I suggest you contact Premier Dealer Services and discuss the options.
