Craftmatic Contour Beds They lead me to believe we could "Try before we buy" especially when the bed cost $7000. Imagine my surprise! Verona Pennsylvania

A salesman arrived at our house on the evening of the 29th of October, armed with a video of the craftmatic/contour beds. Asked many questions & we agreed to purchase a $7000 bed, with the understanding we could try it for a couple of days before we actually purchased it.

They didn't call as we were told. The bed was supposed to arrive within 4 business days from the purchase on the 29th, in order to try it for one day, at least. It still isn't here and still no phone call.

I wrote a letter canceling the agreement after reading the fine print, November 4th. Still waiting for a phone call...

I guess the real issue is why don't they have any confidence in their beds? You can't really expect people to pay that much money for a bed sight unseen. So be more aware than us.

I still have to fill out a form from my credit card company because they have already charged my account! Scary huh!
