Here is what one of the owners wrote me about the pay and reimbursement monies that is owed me!

You were given a commission schedule, read the front page, it says Exhibit A, that is if you can read.  Also I was just informed that you were paid

$100.00 last week for doing presentations.  This was an error on our part and as a result, I am not paying for your fax machine.  Also opinions from a looser like yourself mean nothing.  If you believe what you say, only a

scum bag like yourself would take money from such a company.  To make a long story short, go f*** yourself.

Oh yes, John Kobel of Contour Beds is this vindictive and vulgar.  Worked for him 10 years ago and he is absolutely a liar and theif.  At my current age and position, I in fact work like to meet him in person again.  He owes me thousands of dollars and I am willing to take it out of his a*s.

I tend to think that nobody would ever be dumb enough to leave a paper trail like this. Would a company Exec. really say these things? Me thinks not!

Will someone please add some more identifying info for John Kobel who is involved with these beds?  I'm married to John Kobel, but, of course, it's a different John Kobel.  This complaint is harming us.

I shouldn't waste my time responding to you, but I feel that you should know some facts. First of all the coupon is worth $500.00 and can be used against the purchase of our Platinum model or used at an on line bedding store for the purchase of a flat bed. Craftmatic does not have a functioning office in Pittsburg, it changed to Contour in January of 2008 and subsequently closed in March of 2009. There are still some legalities under way with that company and the name Craftmatic is still tied in. Due to the license agreement when taking over Craftmatic we have not yet been able to totally separate ourselves from the name, but can assure you that we are a complete and totally separate company.

Craftmatic has violated the agreement and started selling beds over the phone in Florida. I can say no more about this as legal proceedings are now under way. Yes we do allow assistance from a sales manager to allow a sales person to give an extra discount, just like everywhere in the country that sells anything. Have you ever purchased a car and received a better price from the manager or asked a manager at Macy's department store for a better price. It is a age old practice. There are over one million Craftmatic or Contour customers nationwide.

Craftmatic was selling beds since 1974 and we under the name Contour since 2008. With over a million customers and less than 1/2 of 1% complaints is fantastic and far less than the complaints filed against the company you purchased your car from or companies like IBM, Sears, Ebay and on and on. The person with average intelligence knows tabloids like inside edition and blogs on the internet are distorted, never report the full and true story. The only salespeople you hear complaining are those who were not successful with our company and choose to blame it on us. I have over 100 successful sales representatives who will tell you Contour is the best company they ever worked for and you can find a few who will tell you we are the worst company they ever worked for. I can tell you we are one company treating everyone the same way. We pride ourself in the way we handle our business and all of our business practices are ethical, above board and I am proud to be a part of it. It is a shame that some of the bad press towards Craftmatic filters through to us, but we are working through legal avenues to once and for all to be recognized as a different company. I respect your right to conclude as you choose but I must advise that you listen to yourself instead of listening to nonsense on the internet or on tabloid television programs which are no different than the National Enquire and we all know how ridiculous there reporting is. Kelley, I wish you the best, would advise avoiding tabloids and nonsense on the internet. God bless you, Merry Christmas and and best wishes for a prosperous New Year.
