Contractors State license Center. & Ray Blom Jr and associates, Stole my buisness away from me and never fulfilled there guarantee and help me with my California state license, The school accepted or should I say stole my money for tuition and enrollment promised everything in return for my getting them in to Lowe's Home Improvement warehouse installations with me. After I worked and accomplished this The thieves booted me and locked me out of my office along with keeping my money in 4 months I generated $ 141,000.00 Through my company which I only recieved $ 35,000.000 including my having to pay all workers and independant contractors. I was told by Ray Blom Jr if I go to court or anything else he would personally see to ity that I never receive my Contractors License, well i guess it haPPEN MY APPLICATION STALLED AT test date.... Apparently Lowe's home Improvement (Matt Duratny ) A.I.M. for Southern california Aided These people in take over in exchange for part of my profits how such a big company like Lowe's would tolerate this is beyond me??

Also after many attempts to get Cooperate office to assist I decided to go to court if I can find someone to help I have all neccessary documents and records to pursue all I am lacking is Money to pay an attorney ? I would split if someone would help....

The truth

AUTHOR: Ray - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, January 19, 2009

Gilbert Rodriquez filed this report against me and my companies Contractors State License Center & RCB Enterprises. He was never enrolled in my school and can provide no enrollment agreement, and or reciept of payment. He aslo claims that some how I was able to prevent him from obtaining his State issued Contractors License of which I have no control of. The Contractors State License Board will issue a license to any applicant who meets the State requirements. The Contractors State License Boards website will validate the requirements, the issues that would prevent an individual from being licensedare: lack of required experience, criminal record, back child support, not having a valid social security number. He claims I stole his company when it was just the opposite. I started RCB Enterprises in 04/05/04 as a State Licensed Contracting Company that contracted with Lowes Home Improvement Stores (DBA is on file with San Benrardino County Recorder). Gilbert Rodriquez was contracted as one of my installers for installations under $500.00 with Lowes Home Improvement stores. He was able to place a change of address with Lowes home improvement stores without my knowledge and redirect our checks paid by Lowes to Rcb Enterprises to a fraudulent company RCB Installations he opened up under a DBA file by Gilbert on 9/21/04 (Public records with San Bernardino County Recorders office.) Gilbert was able to fraudulently cash over $25,000.00 of my companies checks over a 30 day period, by using the DBA to open a bank account onder RCB Installations. In addition to stealing from my company he contracted for work illegally and left many consumers with unfinished projects. He Claims that my companies & Lowes stores conspired to do these things, neither my companies or lowes stores would ever conspire to do these alleged acts. Lowes store have stringent criteria that have to be met by any of there subcontractors, and have very stringent systems that must be followed to remain as a vendor with them. He had also filed a claim against my company with the California Labor Board that was dismissed against me and a judgement was issued against him. I just learned about this claim against me and my companies, and am shocked that they would be posted without any proof or notification to myself for a chance to state my side.
