Control Devices LLC CDI Valve They charged $28.19 for shipping a very small order of float valave parts, ridiculous. There was no mention of shipping charges of that degree or choice of carriers offered, not to mention a ten day waiting period. Truly a ripoff company. Fenton Missouri

The charge of $28.19 for shipping is ridiculous for a few livestock float valve parts ($53.18) that would fit in the palm of one hand.  We thought we were getting a good deal.  After the order was placed we had to wait 10 days for them to prepare the order. 

Then they sent an invoice for $81.37.  We could buy the same products locally for less than the final total.  There was no mention of shipping charges to that degree or a choice of carriers offered.  We wrote an e-mail contesting the charges and were not even given the coutesy of a reply apology or partial refund.  Our plans of doing business w/ Control Device LLC/ CDI Valve in the future have been scrapped.  We would not recommend tham to ANYONE.
