3 weeks ago I received a letter from convergent outsourcing that I owed them almost $3000. Never heard of them. I returned the letter stating so. Today I got a detailed form asking for ALL my personal information. Of course I'm not sending it. Does anyone know who these people are??? Are they scammers tricking people into giving out their personal info? Thank you!
