Convergia Networks Inc. advertises as BBB certified A+.... But the BBB website says they are not members with them... That is blatant fraudulent misrepresentation...

After trying to contact the BBB... they told us that they are not on their list and would not take the complaint against them.... It seems to prove the scam that their sole purpose is to protect their members from the public by frustrating the process...

Convergia Networks Inc. like many companies today are trying to lower their costs by not providing a paper invoice to the customer by imposing charges from $1.49 to $3.00 on the consumer...

This is unjust and illegal...under current rules...

If the consumr agrees to their terms - fine, it is an understanding... Otherwise,

Coercive tactics are not the solution... Since the consumer is saving them internal costs.... they should pass on the savings to the customer not increase the costs...

What is more insulting is that they are blatantly adding sales tax on top of the cost of paper invoice as if it is a product....

As a consumer,, I will have to start charging $5.00 for my services in paying these suppliers otherwise,,, they have the choice of canceling my order... I am sure I can find a replacement.

Consumers,,, it is time the 99% percent of us fight back at these nickel and dime tactics to improve their bottom lines at our expense...

May I take this opportunity to wish those businesses that choose to operate this way two Letters
