Oh my god. I ordered convertio.co access which converts many types of files we use to other files. I paid the fee request and they acknowledged the 1 year order through fastspring.com and convertio.co I tried accessing my login at convertio.com and after 4 days of trying and contacting customer service they finally responded and said my access was a pdfio.com which only offers pdf conversion services - which we don't need because we already have 4 seats on Adobe Creative Cloud that we have a annual agreement for. Why would I order something like that. I needed the services offered at convertio.co - but they pulled a bait and switch. Six times I've asked for a refund, and they stopped writing to me. This is fraud - bait and switch. Don't buy from them - you'll get screwed over just like me.
