They came home, spend some minutes, they did not even touch the AC and asked for $800 for replacement of the compressor. I said no to the service, open the system by myself (I am an Electric Engineer), and the whole problem was a disconnected cable.

This complaint is fraudulent our company is not located in Miami, Florida. We are sorry that you have a bad experience but may we suggest that you do contact the Real Cool Air USA Company. We are located in Davie, Florida in the Broward County area. We would be glad to have any of our service people come out and take a look at your unit and attend to your unit in a professional manner. With our company you will find excellent customer service. We look forward to working with you in the future.
