I called this Company to visit my AC unit. Their workers came quite promptly and appeared very courteous. I paid for the service call, which is $200. And to seek other opinions, as they claimed the repair work would be quite exorbitant.
One worker, who is more the salesman, was very aggressive, rude, using unsavory tactics. I realized that they were not there to help me - but to take advantage of the situation. He was adamant that my problem was not what I suggested. I
called another Company, which has been in business for 20 years, and they diagnosed the problem, and were able to repair the AC system for 1/4 of what these Cool Air guys were trying to sell me. And they keep trying to sell, even after I said that I would be seeking another opinion.
