 My husband did a convention gig for Cool Blue on 09/10/13 and 09/11/13, and still has yet to be paid his contracted wages. We were patient the first 2 months and contacted them in October. Kim responded to say we would be hearing from their accountant. 3 weeks later after nothing, sent another email. Finally we call on 11/25 and we are told it was put in the mail THAT day. We asked if they had our address, they said yes. When it was still not received in December multiple phone calls and emails were made. We have since been told 2 more times by Victor that it was "taken care of" and yet, still no payment. We have filed a claim with Better Business and Labor board. I cant understand how someone can run a business this way.
