My wife and I won some money back in February 2016. We requested payment and was told to submit, id, paperwork, etc. We did and was told we would receive our money within 24-72 hours. Big JOKE. We have spoke to via CHAT to 3 different VIP SENIOR MANGAGERSS, DIFFERENT MESSAGES RECEIVED , WITHDRAWAL DEPARTMENT. THE COMPLETE RUN AROUND. TODAY IS NOW JUNE 8TH 2016 AND WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR $450 DOLLARS. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND DONT PLAY OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!!

WE GET THE COMPLETE ROYAL RUNAROUND, THE PROCESSOR HAS IT, CHECK FOR UPDATES. OH YEAH, THEY REFUSE TO GIVE THE OWNERS NAME, ADDRESS OR TELEPHONE NUMBER. PLAYERS BEWARE!!
