The officers who work in Cooper City have a relatively easy job, people in this very small town are extremely wealthy and generally well behaved.

However, it seems to the citizens living in this community that there is som lifestyle jealousy and power tripping.

In one instance the Famous Officer who was a K-9 handler on a reality shoed titled "Unleashed" responded to a call that allegedly stemmed from his girlfriend who was in disapproval of a teen who had supposedly forgotten something and drove backwards to his house to retrieve it - He claims his female neighbor then called her boyfriend Deputy Wengert of said reality show. The young devout Chritian boy also claimed he was severly assaulted by the officer for doing nothing wrong and had a K-9 sicked on him - read story. The young man pursued charges against the zealous officer only to realize that rich or poor, black or white officers get away with murder.

In another instance in the same posh community a woman called the police on her husband who had a brain disorder after returning from war. The husband was irate and unreasonable. The woman was also the mother of a special needs child. Despite the fat the woman had called the police for her own protection and that of her 12 year old son, Anthena Mackey took favor for the Iraq veteran. Not only did she arrest the woman in distress, she kicked her in the ribs and ripped her away from her son who was in the hospital. Additionally she falsified reports against the woman to help ensure a convistion. When this was addressed with internal affairs they stated no crime was commited by the officer, when taken directly to the State Attorney's office her calls were ignored and the officers began to stalk the woman, her child and home. However, the charges against the woman were dropped and she was given her son back 3 MONTHS LATER!

Even after the woman paid to have her record expunged and mugshots removed another mugshot appeared on a local news station search engine claiming they had gotten it from local authorities ..... hmmmmm.

AND IN YET A SEPERATE CASE A WOMAN THREATENING TO KILL ONLY HERSELF WAS SHOT DEAD - of course by the Cooper City Police.
