Cooper11 Properties LLC, Scott Bertain Scott Bertain, Managing Director; Linda Wu, Escrow Agent with Title Group, LLC Senior, living in Alberta, Canada, offered to sell my timeshare and required that I pay The Title Group a fee, and they wanted me to transfer US funds to pesos'. That got me curious so I contacted a lawyer, and proceeded to do some research on my own, was not satisfied with what I found. Columbus Ohio

I was contacted to see if I was interested in selling my timeshare by Cooper 11 Properties LLC. First concern I had was how and where did they get my phone number? As a senior I did not catch on at first. After talking with the so called broker agent I followed his directives to sign a purchase offer for my membership. then he sent me an Exclusive Resale contract with my timeshare information  which my wife and i were to initialwhile he explained all 20 questions and then fax him our report. After talking with my daughter she said it was the wrong site, which I found to be true. Then Mr Scott Bertain contacted me and said that another group would contact me to do a title search and that there would be a fee. Linda Wu, Escrow Agent from The Title Group LLC sent me an email with documents to sign for a title search to complete the transfer of ownership agreement. She was also asking for a fee of $675;00 us dollars on an international wire transfer to a Scotia Bank Inverlat. S.A. Bank address Ave Santa Margarita 4140, Fracc. Jardin Real, Zapopan, Jalisco / zip code / Mexico. Branch 0024. Swift code: mbcomxmm. Beneficiary Account Name: comercializadora eav de mexico sa de cy. Beneficiary Account Number: 01003492362. CLABE# / IBAN (international banking account number) 044 320 010 034 923 627. Beneficiary address: Glendale 650, Col. Centro, Tlaquepaque, Jalisco / Mexico. The guaranteed escrow/ purchase/sale agreement #002478 was signed by Roberto Salinas Gonzalez,(buyer), Robert Scultz, CEO of Title Group, LLc  and Scott Bertain, CEO of Cooper Properties II, LLC. I have not signed the agreement because I felt that the transaction was phony, and suspected a scam.
