Attention Important: Please go to your optometrist office to inquire about the rebate in person. Whether your online tracking status states: Invalid box tops, error, etc. Instead of going through the hassle of re-submitting and still never receiving your rebate, simply go to your doctor's office for assistance. Bring a copy of your online tracking status from the Coopervision site, with their phone number. They will contact their Coopervision representative & the company directly by phone to expedite your rebate offer. If Coopervision refuses, they will give you the rebate money either way. My check arrived from Coopervision within 1 week! Hope this helps everyone. Good luck.
Always check the details of each mail in rebate form, double check the status once it has been sent out (contact company 3-4 weeks after it has been mailed), and keep copies of your paperwork on file for your records and safety.
