Beware of Copeland Marketing Corp, they will rip you off at the blink of an eye. We signed contract with CMC to sell 4 week timeshare in Hawaii. We moved to Hawaii & no longer needed the timeshare.

My husband and I are disabled and have been victims of identity theft. The money from the sale of our timeshare would have helped us financially. CMC charged a $899 retainer fee that would be refunded at time of sale. We never heard from them and when called we were told it would be sold soon. We just found out they went out of business.

I called them on May 31, 2007 and requested a refund since they had done nothing for a whole year with our timeshare. I was told that the $899 could not be refunded until the property sold. They said that we could leave the listing with them since Hawaii was a hot property. We want our $899 back..
